Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 40 g walnuts
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 200 g natural yogurt, Greek
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 40 g almonds, roughly chopped or almond flakes

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
a nutty breakfast treat with a touch of cinnamon
Halve the bananas and fry them in coconut oil and honey until golden brown. Add the walnuts and cinnamon to the pan. Toast them in the oil and honey, stirring for about 1-2 minutes, until golden brown. Mix the Greek yogurt with the vanilla powder. Serve the cold, creamy yogurt with the warm bananas and nuts and garnish with the almonds.
