Coconut Bread
The perfect coconut bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 350 g Wheat flour
- 100 g Spelled flour
- 50 g Butter
- 50 g Honey
- 2 Eggs
- 10 g Sugar
- 7 g Salt
- 1,5 tsp Dry yeast
- 100 ml Coconut milk
- 90 ml Whole milk
- 100 g Coconut flakes
- Put all ingredients except the coconut flakes in the bread maker.
- Select the ‘Normal’ program.
- After the acoustic signal, add the coconut flakes.
- At the end of the program, remove and let cool down. Sliced open and coated with chocolate cream, the bread is a Caribbean dream. Also tastes delicious only with butter or jam.
