Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 3 eggs, including the egg white
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 200 g desiccated coconut
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour
Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form, add the powdered sugar to form a thick cream, and mix this cream with desiccated coconut and lemon juice. Using a teaspoon, place small heaps onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
