Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g margarine, semi-skimmed
- 100 g sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 270 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 100 ml milk, low-fat
- 50 g chocolate shavings
- 100 g desiccated coconut

Whisk the margarine, sugar, and egg yolk until fluffy. Now add the flour, baking powder, and milk and mix everything into a smooth dough. Fold in the grated chocolate and coconut flakes. If the dough is too stiff, add a little milk or water to taste. Using 2 teaspoons, scoop out about 40 small heaps of dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking foil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (gas mark 2, fan oven: 160°C) on the middle rack for about 20 minutes. Please note that the baking time depends on the oven.
