Coconut – Eggs – Pancakes with Cream and Strawberries

The perfect coconut – eggs – pancakes with cream and strawberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Organic eggs
  • 200 ml Sweet cream
  • 1 tbsp Xylitol
  • 1 tbsp Coconut flour
  • ***********
  • 400 g Ripe strawberries
  • ***********
  • 250 ml Sweet cream
  • 1 tsp Xylitol
  1. Put all ingredients in a tall container and whisk well with the mixer, let the dough swell for a few minutes.
  2. In the meantime, wash, clean and cut the strawberries.
  3. Now let 2 pans get hot, brush with coconut oil, fry the pancakes on both sides.
  4. While the pancakes are baking, put the cream in a tall container and whip 1 teaspoon of xylitol.
