- 4 piece Organic eggs
- 200 ml Sweet cream
- 1 tbsp Xylitol
- 1 tbsp Coconut flour
- ***********
- 400 g Ripe strawberries
- ***********
- 250 ml Sweet cream
- 1 tsp Xylitol
- Put all ingredients in a tall container and whisk well with the mixer, let the dough swell for a few minutes.
- In the meantime, wash, clean and cut the strawberries.
- Now let 2 pans get hot, brush with coconut oil, fry the pancakes on both sides.
- While the pancakes are baking, put the cream in a tall container and whip 1 teaspoon of xylitol.
- Arrange everything on plates and just let them taste good 🙂
