Pineapple and Blueberry Smoothie

- 0,5 piece Baby pineapple
- 125 g Blueberry fresh
- 1 piece Grapefruit fresh
- 0,5 piece Orange fresh
- 2 tbsp Oatmeal
- 100 g Natural drinking yoghurt, low in fat
- Cut 1/2 baby pineapple into small pieces, squeeze the grapefruit and 1/2 orange, put in a blender with the blueberries, oat flakes and yoghurt and puree. Makes approx. 600 ml for 2 glasses.
