Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp cream of coconut
  • 2 tbsp orange liqueur
  • 500 ml milk or soy, oat, or rice drink
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Brown the desiccated coconut in a small pan, stirring occasionally. Combine the milk, coconut cream, orange liqueur, and vanilla sugar in a blender or with an immersion blender in a tall container. Pour the mixture into two tall glasses and sprinkle with the desiccated coconut.
