Flatbread – Pizza for pizza dough – Muffel

Cut the flatbread in half and spread each “pizza half” with a little hollandaise sauce. Sprinkle fresh or shredded oregano, pepper, and salt over the top. Drain the tuna a little, shred it, and divide it between the breads. Slice half a vegetable onion very thinly with a mandoline and arrange it on top as well. If desired, season with a little more pepper and salt. Sprinkle the gratin cheese and Parmesan cheese on top, a little more or less to taste. Carefully place the two breads on two baking sheets, place them in the oven preheated to 220°C, and bake for 7-8 minutes. Then swap the sheets and bake for another 7-8 minutes to ensure both breads are evenly golden brown.
