Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large banana(s), ripe
- 1 large pear(s), ripe
- 2 limes
- 2 persimmons
- 600 ml coconut drink
- 2 tbsp, heaped coconut flakes
- 140 ml blood orange juice
- 1 tsp turmeric powder

Peel the banana, cut it into chunks, and add it to the blender. Wash the pear and persimmons, remove the blossoms and stems, cut them into chunks, and add them to the banana. Juice the limes and add them to the blender along with the remaining ingredients. Blend on the highest setting (I use the Green Smoothie setting) for about 1.5 minutes.
