Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g desiccated coconut
- 150 g sugar
- 65 g low-fat curd cheese
- 4 egg whites
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 4 drops of bitter almond flavor
- possibly chocolate, melted
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff. Now combine the egg whites with the quark. Then fold in the sugar, vanilla sugar, bitter almond oil, and desiccated coconut. Place the macarons on a baking sheet with 2 teaspoons. Bake at approximately 160°C for approximately 10-12 minutes. I personally cover some of the cooled macarons with chocolate.
