  • some oil
  • 3 slices of cooked ham
  • ½ pack of cream cheese with herbs
  • some milk, if necessary
  • possibly salt and pepper
  • 3 pancakes

Instructions

Peel and dice the onion, then sauté in a pan with a little oil until translucent. Slice the ham and add it to the pan. Meanwhile, microwave the pancakes according to the package instructions. Add the cream cheese to the pan and mix everything together. If the mixture is too thick, add a little milk and mix again. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture among the pancakes and fold them together. It’s quick and always tastes unexpectedly good.
