Ingredients
- 2,5 Pc. Vanilla pod
- 625 ml Milk
- 1000 ml Coconut milk
- 7,5 tbsp Sugar
- 2,5 tsp Lemon zest
- 10 tbsp Desiccated coconut
- 500 g Rice pudding
- 2,5 Pc. Bananas
- Tonka beans
Instructions
- Scrape out the vanilla pod. Bring the milk with rice, coconut milk, sugar, lemon zest, desiccated coconut and vanilla pulp to the boil. Simmer over low heat for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cut the banana into pieces. Put in a tall container and puree. Grate the tonka bean and serve everything with the rice pudding.
