Coconut porridge with apple pieces

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ cup oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 1 cup water or milk
  • 1 dash of cream
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 handful of hazelnuts, finely chopped

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the apple into small pieces. Bring the oat flakes to a boil with the water and cream, then simmer for 5-10 minutes while stirring, until a smooth porridge forms. Then stir in the raisins and coconut flakes. Meanwhile, sauté the apple in a separate pot and sauté with the honey until the desired browning is achieved. Finally, add the nuts. Finally, pour the finished porridge into a cereal bowl and top with the sautéed apple pieces. If you like it even sweeter, you can add more honey.
