Cut the meat into cubes and sear on all sides in hot fat. Slice the potatoes and carrots and sear them separately in hot fat, season, and then add them to the meat. Pour in the water and cream and simmer for about 45 minutes. After about 40 minutes, add the apple pieces (if you don’t like apples in your food, either grate them finely or cook them in a bag or tea bag. The apple makes a big difference in the flavor). If necessary, thicken the sauce with a little flour or grated apple at the end. Sprinkle with parsley before serving. 100 g contains approximately 700 kJ or 167.3 kcal.
