Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 125 g rice
- 125 ml milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 10 prunes
- n. B. sugar
- e.g. raisins
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
May also serve 3. Bring coconut milk, milk, salt, and rice to a boil in a non-stick saucepan. Add sugar, raisins, and finely chopped prunes. Then simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Any compote goes well with this dish.
