Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 175 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 g butter
  • 1 tsp cocoa
  • 1 pack of pudding powder (chocolate)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 65 g desiccated coconut
  • 25 g almonds

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the ingredients into a dough. Let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Then roll out and cut out shapes as desired, or—as the name suggests—cut into approximately 0.5 cm thick slices. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10-15 minutes.
