Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 ml schnapps (wheat grain)
  • 2 tsp spice mix (speculoos spice)
  • 3 tbsp Nutella or other hazelnut spread
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 250 g whipped cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

great for Christmas

Place the wheat kernel in a bowl, mix with the spices and powdered sugar, and then use a hand blender to incorporate the nougat cream. Whip the cream very lightly until creamy (not too much, otherwise the liqueur will be too thick) and pour it into the bowl. Once prepared, bottle the liqueur and store it in a cool place.
