Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g yogurt
  • 35 g coconut chips or desiccated coconut
  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp date syrup or maple syrup
  • 1 handful of almonds, whole

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix the yogurt with the coconut chips, oats, and some of the brown sugar. Garnish with the remaining brown sugar, almonds, and date syrup.
