Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g oat flakes, fine
- 100 ml milk
- 4 tbsp natural yogurt
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 1 handful of raspberries, fresh or frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 5 minutes
Breakfast version of the Scottish dessert
Combine the oats and milk in a glass or bowl. Layer half of the raspberries on top. Stir the honey into the yogurt and pour over the raspberries. Top with the remaining raspberries. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
