Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g cod fillet(s)
- Sage, fresh
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 50 g smoked bacon
- 1 clove(s) garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the cod fillet, pat dry, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with salt. Slice the bacon, fry in hot olive oil, and remove from the pan. Arrange fresh sage leaves in the pan so that the fish fillet rests on top of the sage leaves. Season the fillet with pepper and fry for about 3 minutes on each side. Remove the leaves when turning. Serve with the leaves facing up. Serve with zucchini puree with white wine, farfalle pasta, and a fresh mixed salad with Italian dressing.
