Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 5 cod fillets
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 cans of tomatoes,
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 tsp herbs de Provence
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • some oil
  • some lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

WW suitable

Wash the spring onions and slice them into rings. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the spring onions. Add the tomatoes and spices and bring to a boil briefly. Wash the cod, season with salt, and drizzle with lemon juice. Place the cod on a baking sheet and pour the tomato sauce over it. Finally, spoon the sour cream over the sauce. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 50 minutes. Serve with potatoes and mixed leaf salad.
