Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 fish fillets (cod back fillet)
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp margarine
- some salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
quick and easy
Season the cod fillet with salt. Pour the flour into a deep dish and toss the fish in it to coat it completely. Melt the margarine in a pan and fry the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. If the fillet is a bit thicker, the cooking time may vary. Serve. We served it with rosemary potatoes and asparagus.
