Coffee and cocoa cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 160 g flour
  • 30 g cocoa powder
  • 40 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 30 g chocolate shavings
  • 150 g butter
  • possibly chocolate coating or orange glaze

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

very tasty and not too sweet!

Sift flour, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Mix with instant coffee powder, chocolate shavings, and diced butter. Knead and form into 3 rolls approximately 2-3 cm in diameter. Chill for 20 minutes. Preheat the oven to 160°C. Cut the rolls into 5 mm thick pieces, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake for about 12 minutes. Carefully transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool. Cover with chocolate coating or orange powdered sugar, if desired.
