Alpukat – Indonesian for avocado

Peel the ice-cold avocado and blend it in a blender until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blend vigorously for about 1 minute. A surprisingly delicate, fresh Indonesian coffee drink. In Indonesia, it’s often served over rice, but we prefer it as a milkshake over ice. Due to its beautiful color, garnishing isn’t necessary. In parts of Indonesia, however, it’s decorated with fresh mint.
