Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml vodka or grain alcohol
  • 150 ml whisky (Scotch)
  • 200 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 400 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
  • 300 g sugar
  • 50 g margarine, vegan
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 50 g block chocolate or couverture, vegan
  • some instant coffee powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

based on Bailey’s

Heat the sugar and approximately 200 ml of cream in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until it caramelizes to a golden brown, sticky paste. Add the margarine, chocolate, vanilla bean pulp, and a little (really just a little!) of coffee grounds and dissolve. Slowly pour in the vodka and stir until the mixture reaches a somewhat liquid consistency. Now pour the caramel mixture into a clean 1-liter glass bottle and add the remaining ingredients (vodka, whiskey, milk, and cream). You can also add the vanilla pod to the bottle. Close the bottle and shake well to mix everything. Then let it stand uncovered until the drink has cooled completely! The quantities are approximate. Since you’ll get an immediate result, you can experiment and enjoy.
