Coffee – cream – slices

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 120 g sugar
  • 60 ml coffee, black, cold
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 200 g sugar
  • 150 g almond flakes
  • ½ liter whipped cream
  • 40 g sugar
  • 3 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 2 cups of yogurt, coffee (180 g each)

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Separate the eggs. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Stir in the egg yolks. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and coffee. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper (approx. 40×35). Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, gradually adding the sugar. Spread the beaten egg whites onto the batter, sprinkle with flaked almonds, and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for approx. 18 minutes. Cut the cooled cake into 2 equal portions. CREAM: Beat the cream with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and cream stabilizer until stiff peaks form. Mix in the coffee yogurt and chill the cream for approx. 30 minutes. Spread the cream on one cake half and cover with the other cake half. Chill for approx. 6 hours. Cut into slices. Sprinkle with sugar, if desired.
