Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 220 g butter
- 450 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 300 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 150 g hazelnuts, grated
- 125 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat the eggs, butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Sift the flour with the baking powder and alternately stir in the flour, milk, and hazelnuts. Bake the mixture in a greased and floured baking dish at 180°C for one hour.
