Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 250 g flour, smooth
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 3 tbsp rum
- 1 lemon(s) – grated peel
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 250 ml cream
- Raisins
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy, then add the vanilla sugar, rum, and lemon zest. Combine the flour and baking powder and add to the batter along with the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for one hour.
