Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 15 minutes

Combine the flour and baking powder thoroughly. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Cut the cold butter into pieces and mix in. Knead everything into a smooth dough. Refrigerate for about 2 hours before preparation. Roll out the dough and cut out shapes. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 13 minutes. If desired, mix grated hazelnuts into the dough or sprinkle with grated hazelnuts before baking. This quantity makes about 3 baking sheets.
