Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 360 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 pt butter vanilla flavoring
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 250 ml cola
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp cola
  • Sweets, colorful sugar sprinkles or sugar pearls

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

with vanilla and Coca Cola

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Whisk together the sugar, salt, eggs, 1 teaspoon of the vanilla essence, and butter. Mix the flour with the baking powder and mix in alternately with the cola. Pour the batter into a greased springform pan and bake for about 30-40 minutes. Let the cake cool. Cream together 50g of butter with the remaining vanilla essence, then gradually stir in the sifted powdered sugar and about 4 tablespoons of cola. Spread the thick cream over the cake and let it set. Decorate with sugar sprinkles before serving. If you like, you can also make a simple icing sugar glaze using cola and powdered sugar, or lemon juice and powdered sugar.
