Seasoned Muffins

The perfect seasoned muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Flour
  • 80 g Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Sugar brown
  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Butter at room temperature
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 0,5 packet Baking powder
  • 20 g Cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger bread spice
  • 30 g Orange peel
  • 30 g Citronat (Succade)
  • 30 g Chopped almonds
  • 1 Pr Salt

  • Paper cases
  1. Mix the butter and both types of sugar until frothy, then gradually stir in the eggs. Add gingerbread spice, cocoa and salt and mix in. Mix the flour with baking powder, sieve and stir in alternately with the milk. Now use a wooden spoon and carefully fold in the almonds, orange peel and lemon peel.
  2. Place paper molds in the muffin tin (or use silicone molds) and distribute the batter in it. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven at 175 ° C for about 25 minutes.
  3. If you like, you can coat the muffins with melted cake icing or just dust them with powdered sugar
