Cola Syrup

The perfect cola syrup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 550 gr Cola bush
  • 11 l Water
  • 2 kg Sugar
  • 2 Pc. Lemon
  1. Colas syrup
  2. Wash the cola shrub and remove all leaves from the stem. Discard the stem
  3. Bring the water and sugar to the boil
  4. Cut the lemon into small wedges
  5. Put cola leaves and lemons in a large container and pour the boiling sugar water over them
  6. Let it steep for three days

  10.
