Grind the coffee freshly. Then pour over the grounds with one liter of cold water. Stir the mixture and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours. The best and easiest way is of course with a cold brew coffee pot. But this is not absolutely necessary; there are other options too. A teapot with a fixed strainer that can be inserted will also work if the strainer is fine enough for the coffee grounds. Then simply place the strainer in the water and let it steep. A simple carafe will also do the job; just add the coffee grounds loosely to the cold water and stir. After steeping, strain the coffee using a kitchen sieve or filter it using a normal coffee filter bag.
