Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 bananas
- some lemon juice
- 150 g flour
- 100 ml milk
- 1 egg(s)
- some curry
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch of salt
- Oil for baking
- some powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel the bananas and slice them into approximately 1 cm thick slices. Drizzle with lemon juice. Combine all the batter ingredients in a bowl and mix. If the batter is too thick, stir in a little more milk. Add the banana slices to the batter in batches. Heat oil in a pan and, using a tablespoon of oil, drop a banana slice at a time into the pan with a little batter. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
