Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 250 g fat (Palmin)
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp coffee (ground coffee)
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 25 cookies (butter cookies)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 30 minutes

Preparation: Melt the Palmin and let it cool. Mix the powdered sugar with the eggs, cocoa powder, instant coffee, rum, and a pinch of salt. Slowly stir in the cooled, liquid fat. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Pour in an alternating layer of chocolate mixture and a layer of cookies (placed side by side). Let it cool in the refrigerator. Remove from the pan and slice with a sharp knife.
