Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g coconut oil
  • 180 g powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp walnuts, finely chopped
  • 24 cookies
  • 15 walnuts for garnish

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

My mother’s original recipe. Tastes delicious!

Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan and let it cool. Beat the eggs with powdered sugar and salt until frothy. Add the cocoa, instant coffee, and chopped walnuts. Carefully stir in the coconut oil. Line a loaf pan with aluminum foil. Alternate filling with the cookies and chocolate mixture. Top with the chocolate mixture and garnish with walnut halves. Let it set in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
