Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 small melon(s), sugar melons (750g each)
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • ½ celeriac
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • some salt
  • some curry
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • some walnuts and cocktail cherries

Cut the tops off the melons and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Scoop out small balls with a potato scooper. Chill the hollowed-out fruit and balls. Steam the chicken breasts in a little salted water for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and wash the celery root, cut it into strips, add it to the chicken, and sauté for 10 minutes. Mix the mayonnaise with 1/2 heaped teaspoon of curry powder, season with lemon juice and salt. Mix in the sliced ​​meat, celery, and melon balls. Fill the hollowed-out melons with the salad (these are for decoration only). Garnish with nuts and cherries.
