Cold porridge with blueberries

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp oat flakes
  • 250 g yogurt, 0.1 or 1.5% fat
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 handful of blueberries or raspberries
  • 1 tsp agave syrup or honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes

You’ll need a jar with a screw cap. The night before, pour all the ingredients into the jar and shake well. Add more or less milk as needed. Store the porridge in the refrigerator overnight and serve chilled the next morning, garnished with desiccated coconut, chocolate sprinkles, or amaretti biscuits.
