Cold soup with yogurt and cucumber

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g yogurt
  • 400 g cucumber(s), diced (0.5 x 0.5 cm)
  • 4 cloves garlic, very finely chopped
  • 1 bunch dill, finely chopped
  • 50 g nuts, ground
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 3 pinches of salt
  • 400 ml water, cold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Bulgarian Tarator

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. Let the soup sit in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Tarator is eaten in Bulgaria on hot summer days.
