Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g white cabbage
  • 1 grapefruit(s), yellow
  • 1 grapefruit(s), red
  • 100 g raisins
  • 2 tbsp chives, rolled
  • 1 tbsp oil (walnut oil)
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 g pistachios, coarsely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

America’s favorite white cabbage salad

Finely shred the white cabbage. Peel and segment the two grapefruits, reserving the juice. Add the segments and juice to the white cabbage along with the raisins, chives, walnut oil, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios on top.
