Coleslaw – Fruity Variant

The perfect coleslaw – fruity variant recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1000 g White cabbage
  • 100 g Vegetable onion
  • 1 Orange
  • 2 Tl Salt
  • 1 Tl Sugar
  • 2 El Olive oil fruity
  • 2 El Orange balsamic vinegar
  • 150 g Cream
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 2 Toes Ground garlic
  1. Remove the outer leaves from the cabbage, wash and grate finely. Also works well with the bread machine or household machine. I also put the garlic and onion in the machine.
  2. Peel the orange generously and possibly cut off the white house and cut into small pieces.
  3. Now put all the ingredients in a bowl with a lid and mix well. Turn the bowl over from time to time. So the salad can pull through well.
  4. Let stand for at least an hour to steep and then season to taste. Depending on your own taste, add seasoning.
  5. A very fresh salad that still tastes good the next day.
