- 1 kl. piece Fresh white cabbage
- 1 kl. piece Olive oil
- 1 kl. piece Salt and pepper

preparation
- Cut the cabbage into very fine strips – prepare a marinade of balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper and add to the coleslaw – add a little lemon juice to taste – mix everything well and press firmly onto the cabbage with a fork (or with your hands knead) – let the marinated cabbage steep for several hours – finally cut a slice of pineapple into small pieces – add pineapple, chopped walnuts and lemon cellar raisins (or rum raisins)
