Coleslaw light

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ white cabbage
  • ½ pack of raisins
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Low-fat

Cut the white cabbage into very fine strips (the finer the strips, the better), season well with salt, and press through. Pour 1/2 cup of buttermilk over it, finely chop the raisins, and add them. Drizzle with a little lemon juice and mix well. Let stand for about 10-20 minutes, then season again with salt and pepper. Tastes great with grilled meat, but also with any other dish.
