This makes rice taste better
While on vacation in Colombia, I learned that rice can taste much more aromatic and interesting than it usually does here. Boil the rice in water with a little salt, adding finely chopped spring onions, very finely diced carrots, and finely diced potatoes from the beginning – the rice gains a lot of flavor, and it also looks very nice.
