Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 120 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 tsp, heaped baking powder
  • 2 cl brown rum

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Whisk the coconut milk, sugar, and eggs together. Combine the flour and baking powder, then stir in the rum. Fry spoonfuls in a waffle iron.
