- 150 g green beans
- 150 g runner beans
- ½ can white beans
- 1 onion(s)
- savory
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Three kinds of beans
Cook the bush and runner beans in salted water with a little savory, so they still retain some bite. Drain and set aside. Cut the onion into half-moons. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the onions over low heat until soft but not browned. Then add the reserved beans and the rinsed bean kernels and heat everything together. Season with salt and pepper.
