Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g cheese, Grünländer (milder)
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 2 cups of natural yogurt
  • salt and pepper
  • Vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Cut the cheese into small cubes, about 1 cm thick. Cut the cucumber, apple, tomato, and bell peppers into roughly equal-sized pieces. Make a marinade with yogurt, salt, pepper, and vinegar. Mix everything together and let it marinate for about 1 hour.
