Colorful cheese soup

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 bell peppers, green, red, yellow, small cubes
  • 3 m.-sized onion(s), small cubes
  • 1 stalk(s) leek, chopped
  • 1 liter of water
  • 3 tsp broth
  • 2 processed cheese wedges with herbs
  • 1 cream cheese spread – corner
  • 1 can of mushrooms

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fry the minced meat in a pot until crumbly. Add the bell peppers, onions, and leeks and fry. Mix the water with the broth and add to the pot. Add the processed cheese and bring to a boil. Finely chop the mushrooms and add them to the cheese soup. Bring everything to a boil.
