Colorful chicken pan from the Airfryer

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g chicken strips
  • 2 packs of vegetables (creamed vegetables), frozen
  • 125 ml Cremefine for cooking
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 25 minutes

Marinate the chicken strips with the soy sauce and let stand for 1-2 hours. Preheat the air fryer to 180°C and add the meat and soy sauce. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set the air fryer to 160°C. Add the creamed vegetables and Cremefine, stir well, and cook for another 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to ensure the sauce is evenly distributed and nothing dries out. Finally, season to taste and serve. Serve with delicious bread or spaetzle.
