Colorful Chinese Cabbage Pan

- 1 Smaller Chinese cabbage
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 1 Yellow Bell pepper
- 1 bunch Spring onions
- 1 Onion
- 500 g Mushrooms
- 2 Bags Noodle snacks
- Oil
- Soy sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chilli flakes
- Ginger
- Curry
- Peel and dice the onion, clean and dice the peppers, cut the spring onions into rings and sauté everything in the oil in a large pan.
- Cut the mushrooms into slices, cut the Chinese cabbage into small pieces and add everything to the rest of the vegetables, season with the spices and the soy sauce, close the lid and cook everything until cooked.
- Let the noodles steep with a little boiling water and the added spices according to the package instructions, add to the vegetables, mix well, bring to the boil again and serve.
